Description: The Developer consulted Girotto’s detailing department to establish a cost-effective method of achieving a modern and unique aesthetic for this project to set the standard in a new industrial estate. Through extensive use of precast columns and spandrel panels, overall construction was simplified and project time was reduced, resulting in cost savings for the developer.
